I like NPR, local organic food, rescue puppies, documentaries, and greek yogurt. i spend most of my time running or biking, and occasionally pretending to swim. i also enjoy malfeasance for malfeasance's sake. for now, i am trying to figure out what this whole "blogging" thing the youngins are speaking of...and trying to rid my body and soul of all those literal and figurative toxins.
